We deliver orders by courier to your specified address in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
- Delivery fee – 6.00 EUR (incl. VAT).
- Free delivery within the Baltic States for orders over 60.00 EUR (incl. VAT).
- Minimum order value – 30.00 EUR (incl. VAT).

Shipping Fragile Items
Fragile items, such as porcelain or glassware, can be safely shipped via courier within the Baltic States. For shipments outside the Baltic region, we carefully package all items; however, we cannot guarantee their safety in transit and accept no responsibility for damage. Shipping fragile items to distant locations is at your own risk. If you prefer to avoid this risk, we recommend selecting non-fragile items instead.
Product Compliance and Import Regulations
Our products comply with Lithuanian quality and labeling requirements.
Textile sizes follow the EN 13402 standard.
Toys comply with the EU Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC) and the EN 71 standard.
All food-contact souvenirs comply with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
If ordering from outside the European Union, please check whether your country requires additional documentation (quality certificates, certificates of origin, permits, or declarations) for customs clearance, import, resale, or use.
Customs and Tax Responsibilities
When importing products into non-EU countries, you (the buyer/consignee) are fully responsible for:
- Obtaining and preparing all required import documents, including any additional tests, declarations, certificates, or other documentation required by your country’s authorities.
- Requesting in advance, prior to shipment, confirmation from us regarding the availability of any required documents and whether we are able to provide them.
- Covering any duties, excise, VAT, storage fees, or other applicable taxes and charges in your country.
- Ensuring compliance with all local customs regulations, labeling requirements, product restrictions, and import procedures.
Our company is not responsible for missing documents, delays, customs rejections, or restrictions applied by your country, especially in cases where required information or documentation was not requested in advance.
In the event that a shipment is returned due to missing or insufficient import documentation, all related costs and liabilities shall be borne by the buyer.
